A major uplisting over the weekend has seen another 175+ Welsh Railways colour images added to various galleries, including nearly 100 into Caernarvonshire Railways in Colour, with the rest going in to the relevant galleries for Merionethshire, Montgomeryshire, Cardiganshire and Radnorshire. These are taken from a recently acquired collection of colour slides of stations on the old Cambrian Railways system, taken from circa 1969-1972, some of which we uploaded a couple of weeks ago. This latest selection features stations mostly between Machynlleth and Pwllheli, along with some of Aberystwyth and also a couple of stations on the Tanat Valley Branch. Another 60 or so scanned from colour negatives and taken a year or so later will be uploaded in the next few weeks.
